Correction to the Amendment Notice for Simpan Cash Syariah Fund
View the official correction notice clarifying the implementation of amendments to the CIC and Prospectus of Simpan Cash Syariah Fund.
Further to the implementation of the amendments to the Collective Investment Contract (”CIC”) and Prospectus of SIMPAN CASH SYARIAH FUND (the “SIMPAN CASH SYARIAH FUND“), which we, PT Simpan Asset Management, announced in the Ekonomi Bisnis newspaper dated 20 February 2026, we hereby clarify that the implementation of all amendments to the provisions of the CIC and Prospectus of the SIMPAN CASH SYARIAH FUND refers solely to the matters set out in the matrix of amendments to the CIC and Prospectus of the SIMPAN CASH SYARIAH FUND, and does not include any changes to the composition of the Investment Manager’s Sharia Supervisory Board.

RALAT PEMBERITAHUAN PELAKSANAAN PERUBAHAN KONTRAK INVESTASI KOLEKTIF (”KIK”) DAN PROSPEKTUS REKSA DANA SYARIAH SIMPAN CASH SYARIAH FUND
Menindaklanjuti pelaksanaan perubahan KIK dan Prospektus REKSA DANA SYARIAH SIMPAN CASH SYARIAH FUND (”SIMPAN CASH SYARIAH FUND”) yang kami, PT Simpan Asset Management, umumkan dalam surat kabar “Ekonomi Bisnis” tertanggal 20 Februari 2026, dengan ini kami menegaskan bahwa pelaksanaan seluruh perubahan ketentuan dalam KIK dan Prospektus SIMPAN CASH SYARIAH FUND hanya mengacu pada hal-hal yang telah dicantumkan pada matriks perubahan ketentuan KIK dan Prospektus SIMPAN CASH SYARIAH FUND dan tidak termasuk mengenai perubahan susunan Dewan Pengawas Syariah Manajer Investasi.
